中山大学临床医学硕士专业学位研究生临床能力调查分析

目的了解临床医学硕士专业学位研究生临床能力水平，分析影响临床能力水平的可能原因。方法考核574名临床型硕士研究生思想品德水平和临床能力水平，对临床能力考核成绩、临床基本技能考核成绩和病例答辩考核成绩进行专业间的比较分析。结果接受考核的研究生思想品德成绩全部优秀；临床能力考核平均成绩（87．5±5．2）分，16个专业问的成绩差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；有9个专业临床基本技能考核和病例答辩考核平均成绩属于优秀水平，专业间的成绩差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论中山大学临床医学硕士专业学位研究生临床能力较强。针对他们的考核体系和考评方式需要改进。

Investigation and analysis on clinical ability of postgraduates majoring in clinical medicine from Sun Yat-sen University

Objective To understand the clinical ability of postgraduates majoring in clinical medicine and to analyze the potential influencing reasons. Methods The ethical and clinical ability levels of 574 postgraduates majoring in clinical medicine were examed. The scores of clinical ability, basic clinical skill and clinical case analysis ability were compared. Results The ethical scores of all postgraduate examed were excellent. The average clinical ability score was （ 87.5 ± 5.2 ） , with statisti- cal differences in the scores among 16 majors （P 〈0.01 ）. The scores of basic clinical skill and clini- cal case analysis ability in 9 majors were excellent and there were statistical differences among the 9 dif- ferent majors （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The clinical ability of postgraduates majoring in clinical medi- cine from Sun Yat-sen University is good, but the evaluation system and exam method need to be im- proved.
