新一代人工心脏瓣膜材料血液相容性的实验研究

摘    要:目的:探讨表面改性后的人工心脏瓣膜材料的血液相容性。方法:氧化钛(Ti-O)试样薄膜与目前的心脏瓣膜材料热解碳(LTIC)薄膜成对置入动物犬体内。1.腹主动脉内埋置60天。2.右心房内埋置17天,60天,100天。3.改性后Ti-O瓣膜支架与未改性瓣膜支架成对置入右心房内17天,60天,100天。结果:电镜扫描观察17天,60天Ti-O的薄膜及支架表面无血细胞粘附,100天Ti-O的薄膜支架仅有个别形态完整的血细胞,LTIC薄膜及未改性的瓣膜支架17天即可见到血球沉着,100天时血细胞和纤维状物大量粘附,支架被沉着物密布,血细胞变形有伪足,电 见血小板内有空泡,脱颗粒,微管扩张。结论:Ti-O有极好的血液相容性,有希望成为 新一代人工心脏瓣膜材料。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the blood compatibility of new type mechanical artificial heart valve (non stoichiometrical titanium oxide film of amorphous structure) by iron beam enhanced deposition Methods (1)In vivo test,the samples of Ti O film and the film that is now widely used in commercial artificial heart valve (LTIC) were immerged in blood of dogs abdominal aorta for 60 days (2)the sample of Ti O film and LTIC film were immerged in blood of dogs heart for 17,60 and 100 days separately (3)the stent of artificial heart valve with Ti O film,and the stend without Ti O film were immerged in blood of dogs heart for 1,60 and 100 days separately Results After 17 and 60 days,no adhesion of blood cells and fibers were found on the Ti O film and stend,as was revealed by scanning electromicroscopy,and even after 100 days,only very little adhesion of blood cells and fibers were found In contrast,it was observed that there was a lot of blood cells and fibershaped things adhering to the LTIC surface in all the three periods of time The blood cells exhibited deformity,and thrombus formed and piled up on the LTIC surface Degranulation and dilatation of the microtubules were also found inside the platelets Conclusion Ti O has much better blood compatibility and has possibility to be an advanced new material for mechanical artificial heart valve
