硬涂层材料对碳纤维增强复合材料叶片的振动特性影响

摘    要:针对两类具有压电和压磁效应的典型陶瓷基材料的硬涂层,考虑硬涂层材料和碳纤维增强复合材料各向异性特征,建立硬涂层-碳纤维增强复合材料叶片动力学模型,基于模态分析的方法得出硬涂层材料对叶片固有频率的影响,采用谐响应分析方法研究叶片的振动响应特性,并对叶片不同转速下的固有特性进行分析。研究了硬涂层材料涂覆的厚度及位置对碳纤维增强复合材料叶片振动特性的影响,结果表明,具有压电效应的硬涂层材料涂敷在碳纤维增强复合材料叶片上可以减小振幅,从而达到减振的目的,且涂敷在叶盆上的减振效果优于涂敷在叶背上。

Abstract:For two types of typical ceramic-based material hard coating with piezoelectric and piezomagnetic effects, considering the anisotropic characteristics of hard coating materials and carbon fiber reinforced composites, a hard coated-carbon fiber reinforced composite blade dynamics model is established. Based on the method of modal analysis, the influence of hard coating materials on the natural frequency of blade is obtained. The vibration response characteristics of the blade are studied by using the harmonic response analysis method, and the natural frequency of blade at different rotational speeds is analyzed. The effect of the thickness and position of the hard coating material on the vibration characteristics of the carbon fiber reinforced composite blade is studied. The results show that the hard coating material with piezoelectric effect coated on the carbon fiber reinforced composite blade can reduce the amplitude and achieve the purpose of vibration damping, and the damping effect coated on the leaf basin is better than that of the leaf back.
