大孔吸附树脂分离纯化厚朴酚的方法研究

摘    要:目的:研究大孔吸附树脂法分离纯化厚朴中厚朴酚的工艺,为以高纯度厚朴酚为原料开发新药奠定基础.方法:采用D-101型(非极性)、DA-201型(极性)、DM-301型(中极性)三种大孔吸附树脂对厚朴中厚朴酚进行吸附纯化,以厚朴酚纯度和吸附率为考察指标筛选最佳树脂.结果:经D-101型、DA-201型、DM-301型大孔吸附树脂分离纯化后,厚朴酚含量由7.56%分别提高到10.69%、12.72%、15.26%.结论:三种纯化方法中,以DM-301型树脂效果最佳.

Abstract:Objective:To establish a technical process for separation and purification of Magnolol from Magnolia officinalis Rehd. Et Wils, and provide bases for developing new drugs.Methods:3 kinds of macroporous resin, D101, DA-201 and DM-301 were used to separate and purify Magnolol form Magnolia officinalis.
