厦门市田径高水平竞技人才培养现状与发展对策研究

本文通过对厦门市田径队的现状调查及参加城运会和全国各级比赛成绩的综合分析,分析厦门田径运动目前所处的水平与位置,并根据厦门田径项目的地域特点和项目发展布局进行研讨,探索厦门市高水平竞技人才培养模式、运行机制等方面的相应对策,为有关部门制定竞技人才培养战略决策提供参考依据。

The Present Situation and the Study of Development Strategies About Training of High - standard Competitive Talents in the Track- and- field Competition of Xiamen City

According to the investigation of the track - and - field team of Xiamen City and the comprehensive analysis of the achieveraents in the City Sports Meeting and the national competitions of different grades, this article aims at recognizing the level and situation of the track - and - field games of Xiamen City at present. In addition, on the basis of regional characteristics of the track - and - field events as well as the design of project development in Xiamen City, the study and discussion is undertaking in order to explore the counterment concerning the aspects of the training modes of high - standard competitive talents, running mechanism, etc. And it provides reference frames for departments related with establishing strategic devisions on the training of competitive talents.
