基于网络的学科化信息服务体系构建

从分析新形势下用户信息需求的特点与趋势出发，指出加强学科化信息服务建设应成为图书馆提升服务能力、改变服务效果、重塑自身形象的重要手段。重点阐述了学科化信息服务的概念、学科化信息服务内容与模式，并对如何构建开放协作式的学科化信息服务管理与运行机制、如何科学评估学科化信息服务的质量与效果提出了一些创新性的意见。

Construction of the Network-based Subject Information Service System

Proceeding from the analysis of the characteristics and trend of user information demand in the new circumstances, this paper points out that strengthening subject information service construction should be an important means for libraries to enhance their service capability, change their service effectiveness and rebuild their own images. The paper focuses on the concept, content and mode of subject information service. Some innovative ideas such as how to construct the open and cooperative subject information service management and operation system and how to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of subject information service scientifically are also presented.
