加氢装置新氢系统铵盐堵塞原因及对策

摘    要:针对延炼柴油加氢装置新氢系统铵盐结晶堵塞管线的问题进行了分析,并结合实际,对二级进气过滤器进行改造,利用铵盐易溶于水的特点,在过滤器上增加蒸汽吹扫线,清除滤网上的铵盐以缓解系统堵塞;运用低温气相脱氯技术,在预加H2进压机前增设低温脱氯设施,除去H2中氯离子,彻底解决铵盐堵塞问题,保证装置安全、平稳运行。

Abstract:The problem of ammonium salt blockage of hydrogenation unit new hydrogen system of Yan'an Petroleum Refining Industry Group Company was analyzed. Secondary air inlet filter was improved. Steam blowing line was added on the filter in order to clear away the ammonium salt on colatorium to remit system blockage utilizing the characteristic of ammonium salt dissolving easily in water combining actuality. At the same time, low temperature antichloration equipment was added utilizing low temperature gaseous phase antichloration technology before hydrogen entering compressor at beforehand hydrogenation system. This improvement solved blockage problem of ammonium salt absolutely by eliminating chloridion in hydrogen. Unit safety was ensured and unit worked calmly.
