基于价值工程的产品创新研究对象的分析与评价

产品是企业的生命，而产品创新是推动企业发展的内在动力。产品创新研究对象的准确分析与确定是实现产品创新的关键。针对产品创新方案设计中创新对象难于准确选择的问题，提出了以功能评价系数确定算法为基础，以价值为评价尺度的产品创新研究对象的选择方法。通过对系统内各构成元素的定量评价，有层次地选择产品创新研究对象，为设计人员指明产品改进的方向。最后介绍了该方法在经济型加工中心方案设计中的应用。

Anaiysis and evaluation on tho object of study of product innovation based on value engineering

Product is the life of enterprise, while product innovation is the inner force to push ahead with enterprise's development. The accurare analysis and determination on object of studyof product innovation are keys to realize product innovation. Directing against the difficult problem of selecting accruately the object of innovation in scheme dsign, using the determination algorithm of coefficient of function evaluation as a foundation and taking the value as evaluation yardstick this paper put forward a selection method of object of study on product innovation. By means ofquantitative evaluation on each constitutional element in the system, the hierachical selection of object of study for product innovation shows clearly for designers the direction of product improvement. Finally the application of this. method to the scheme design in economical machining centres is introduced.
