摘    要:越南广宁电厂原水为低浊度(8~10 NTU)地表水,3台澄清池设计出力每台200 m3/h,设计出水浊度≤3 NTU,原采用混凝剂为硫酸铝Al2(SO4)3,助凝剂为PAM,出水浊度为3±0.5 NTU,共计出水量最大360 m3/h.重新选择粘土制作了活性泥渣层后,调整混凝剂为聚合铝PAC,投加量为10 mg/L,助凝剂(PAM)0.5 mg/L,出水浊度降至1 NTU,共计出水量最大上升至600 m3/h.

Abstract:Raw water of Guanguing Power Plant in Vietnam is surface water with low turbidity (8 - I0 NTU). Three sedimentation tanks have been designed individually to provide output water-amount of 200 m3/h and output water-turbidity no more than 3NTU. The original coagulant and coagulant aid applied are aluminum sulphate, and PAM, respectively. The output water system is controlled at a turbidity of 3 + 0. 5 NTU and a maximum water-amount of 360 m3/h which presented a low efficient clarifying process. However, in this report, by modification of the clay consisting of activated sludge solid, changing the coagulant with PAC at a amount of 10 mg/L and adjusting the coagulant aid concentration to 0. 5 rag/L, an efficient output water system has been achieved with a turbidity down to 1 NTU and a total output water-amount up to 600 m3/h.
