The Importance and Existing Problems of Lighting Quality in the Process of Industrial Production

Starting with the functions of lighting,this article analyzes the importance of lighting quality in the industrial production activities and the features of industrial light. It emphatically discusses all factors that influence lighting quality(the requirements of technics and operating environment which should be met,the requirements of illuminance,color rendering,color temperature,glare for industrial lighting,the measures of improving the stability of illuminance,the reliability and security,etc.). Through on-the-spot investigation,some problems are discovered:the lighting design schemes which are not fit to the requirements of working procedure,unreasonable light distribution of luminaire,unadvisable luminaire arrangement,etc.
