江西省308例大肠癌危险因素的病例对照研究

摘    要:目的 探讨大肠癌的致病因素。方法对大肠癌发病危险因素进行了1:2的病例对照研究,病例308例,对照616例。结果 对研究因素进行了单因素及多因素的统计分析,结果表明:与大肠癌有直接关联的危险因素有鸭蛋、猪油。牛肉。啤酒为大肠癌的保护因素,主食、副食(其中包括蔬菜、水产品及豆制品类)、烟、茶与大肠癌发病似无关联。结论 大肠癌的发生与膳食结构有关,本调查支持了大肠癌发生的脂肪-胆汁酸假说。

Abstract:Objective To understand the risk factors for colorectal cancer in Jiangxi province.Methods A case control study of risk factors for colorectal cancer was conducted in 308 cases and 616 controls.Results Through the chi square test and conditional Logistic regression analysis,the results showed that high consumption of duck eggs,lard and beef were risk factors for colorectal cancer.The high consumption of beer had a protective effect.No association was found with staple food,foodstuffs(including ve getables, aquatic products,soybean products,etc),tea and cigarette.Conclusion The colorectal cancer had some relations with diet pattern.The results supported the etiological hypotheses of fat bile acid action in colorectal cancer.
