养血清脑颗粒联合盐酸舍曲林治疗脑卒中后抑郁的临床观察

目的:观察养血清脑颗粒联合盐酸舍曲林治疗脑卒中后抑郁的临床疗效和安全性。方法:79例脑卒中后抑郁患者按随机数字表法分为观察组(38例)和对照组(41例)。观察组患者给予养血清脑颗粒4 g,口服,tid;盐酸舍曲林50 mg,口服,qd。对照组患者给予盐酸舍曲林50 mg,口服,qd。两组患者疗程均为8周。观察两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组患者总有效率显著高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者HAMD评分、HAMA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者HAMD评分、HAMA评分均显著低于同组治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均未见明显不良反应发生。结论:养血清脑颗粒联合盐酸舍曲林治疗脑卒中后抑郁疗效显著,安全性较好。

Clinical Observation of Yangxue Qingnao Granules Combined with Sertraline Hydrochloride in the Treat- ment of Post-stroke Depression

OBJECTIVE： To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yangxue qingnao granules combined with sertraline hydrochloride in the treatment of post-stroke depression （PSD）. METHODS： 79 PSD cases were randomly divided into observation group （38 cases） and control group （41 cases）. Observation group was given Yangxue qingnao granules 4 g, tid, peros, and sertraline hydrochloride 50 mg, qd, peros; control group was given sertraline hydrochloride 50 mg, qd, peros. Treatment course of 2 groups lasted for 8 weeks. Clinical efficacies of 2 groups were observed, and HAMD score, HAMA score and ADR were observed before and after treatment. RESULTS ： Total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group; there was statistical significance （P〈0.05）. HAMD, HAMA score of 2 groups had no statistical significance before treatment （P〉 0.05）. HAMD and HAMA score of 2 groups after treatment were significantly lower than before, and those of observation group were lower than those of control group; there was statistical significance （P〈0.05）. No obvious ADR was found in 2 groups during treatment. CONCLUSIONS： Yangxue qingnao granules combined with sertraline hydrochloride is effective and safe in the treatment of PSD.
