| 摘 要： | 过站小车是盾构机过站常用的施工工具，适用于各种单圆盾构机在地铁车站、明挖基坑、暗挖隧道的过站施工。在过站小车施工过程中，从测量、场地清理、钢板铺设及配重设计等方面对过站小车定位、盾构主机平移、盾构台车过站等施工要点进行控制。突显了其应用广泛、操作简单、工期短、成本低的优点。

| Abstract: | Station-passing trolley is an ordinary kind of construction tool for shield machine passing station. It is applicable to station-passing construction of various single-circle shield machine in subway station, opencut foundation pit and underground tunnel. During construction of station-passing trolley, key construction points, such as orientation of station-passing trolley, translation of shield machine and station passing of shield trolley, shall be controlled through measurement, site clearing, steel plate paving and counterweight design. Its advantages, such as extensive application, simple operation, short construction period and low cost, are outstanding. |
