基于分层赋权的导弹防御效能模糊评估方法

摘    要:针对弹道导弹攻防对抗过程, 分析了影响导弹防御系统作战效能的主要因素, 构建了多层次导弹防御系统作战效能评估指标体系. 提出了评估指标的分层次赋权模式, 推导出了一种基于不同规范化矩阵确定指标权重的模糊优化迭代算法, 并以此构建了基于分层赋权的导弹防御作战效能模糊评估模型. 给出了导弹防御效能评估实例, 并验证了方法的可行性.

Abstract:In allusion to the typical attack and defense course of ballistic missile,the main defense-influenced factors of defense weapons were analyzed,as well as the multi-hierarchy attributes of defense effectiveness were established.The idea that the weight coefficients could be obtained based on layered weights was put forward,and a fuzzy optimization algorithm to determine weights was provided.Thus,the fuzzy evaluation model of missile defense effectiveness was established.An application case was provided, and ...
