温胃散寒汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床观察

目的探讨自拟温胃散寒汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(Chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)临床效果。方法选取2016年5月—2019年8月的CAG患者62例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,其中对照组31例,研究组31例。对照组采用胃复春片治疗。研究组在对照组基础上联合自拟温胃散寒汤治疗,比较2组患者临床效果、血浆血栓烷(TXB-2)、胃蛋白酶(PG)水平差异。结果2组治疗2个月后血浆TXB-2水平较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗2个月后血浆PGⅠ、PGⅡ水平较治疗前升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组治疗后PGⅠ/PGⅡ为(12.51±1.41),对照组(8.11±0.98),研究组明显提高了PGⅠ/PGⅡ比值,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟温胃散寒汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床效果显著,能够有效改善患者机体血浆TXB-2、PG水平,适于在临床推广。

Effect of Self-made Wenwei Sanhan Decoction on in Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Objective To study the effect of self-made Wenwei Sanhan decoction on plasma TXB_2、PG level in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis and to explore the clinical effect of self-made Wenwei Sanhan decoction on the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Methods 62 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis from May 2016 to August 2019 were randomly divided into control group and study group,including 31 in control group and 31 in study group.Control group was treated with Wei Fu Chun tablet,and the study group was treated with Wenwei Sanhan decoction on the basis of control group.The clinical effect and plasma thromboane(TXB)were compared between the two groups the ratio of I/PGⅡ,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05)between the two groups before treatment and after February treatment.Compared with the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,the self-made Wenwei Sanhan decoction has remarkable clinical effect,which can effectively improve the plasma TXB_2、PG level of patients without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions,and is suitable for clinical popularization.
