米非司酮配伍中药保守治疗异位妊娠

目的以氨甲蝶呤（MTX）为对照，探讨米非司酮配伍中药在异位妊娠保守治疗中的作用。方法将50例患者随机分为米非司酮配伍中药组和氨甲蝶呤组进行比较。以氨甲蝶呤（MTX）为对照，观察米非司酮配伍中药治疗异位妊娠的效果。结果2组均于治疗后10d血人绒毛膜促性腺激素（β-hCG）开始明显下降，治疗后15d包块平均直径明显缩小，与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。米非司酮配伍中药和氨甲蝶呤治疗成功率分别为92％和76％。两者比较差异有统计学意义。结论米非司酮配伍中药治疗异位妊娠的效果优于氨甲蝶呤，且MTX有一定的不良反应，而米非司酮配伍中药无一例发生不良反应，给药方便，作为异位妊娠保守治疗的药物，有一定的临床意义和应用前景。

The application of mifepristone and chinese herb in ectopic pregnancy

Objective To explore the efficacy of mifepristone and chinese herbl in conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy compared with metho rexate. Methods 50 cases were divided into group A and B by random. Group A was treated with mifepristone and chinese herb,group B with methotrexate. Results The serum β-hCG of 2 groups was declined remarkably after 10 d of treatment（ P 〈 0.05） , mass diameter was decreased remarkably after 15 d of treatment（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Cure rate of group A and group B were 92% and 76% respectively,with very statistical difference（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect with mifepristone and chinese herb is supior to methotrexate in treating ectopic pregnancy,but there is adverse drug reaction with methorexate. There is not adverse drug reaction with mifeprestone, and it an be conveniently used as ideal drug in treating ectopic pregnancy,especial and will be significant and applicable for conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
