基于组合赋权-理想点法的大坝安全评价模型

摘    要:引入理想点法的基本原理,建立了基于理想点法的大坝安全评价模型。选取大坝的变形、渗流为大坝安全评价指标体系,根据既定体系确定大坝安全评价标准和安全评价等级,采用组合赋权法确定评价指标权重,根据理想点法原理计算理想点贴近度,从而给出大坝安全评价结果。将该方法用于某已建大坝工程,工程实例表明,该方法的安全评价结果与实际相符,为大坝安全评价问题提供了一条新的思路。

Abstract:A model based on idea point method has been established to evaluate risk degree of dam. Three assessment indices were considered, namely, deformation risk, seepage risk, and environmental risk in the process of safety evaluation of dam. Safety evaluation grade and standard were given with the chosen assess-ment indicators, the combination weight method was used to compute the assessment indicator's weights, closeness degree of idea point and dam safety evaluation grade were calculated. Finally,this method was ap-plied to the practical engineering. The results show that this method is reliable and provides a new idea for dam safety evaluation.
