| 摘 要： | 目前华北石化公司SZorb装置正常运行时由DCS和LMS进行实时控制,出现紧急情况时由SIS系统实施联锁控制。但以上系统不能提前发现异常工况,导致人工操作负荷增大,操作波动也相对较大。为了保证装置平稳生产,优化操作,公司实施了智能化操作优化与管理系统项目,取得了良好的效果。
