金葡素治疗乳腺癌改良根治术后皮下积液的效果

摘    要:目的观察金葡素在治疗乳腺癌改良根治术后皮下积液中的效果。方法回顾性分析2012年1月至2015年12月84例乳腺癌改良根治术术后发生切口皮下积液患者的临床资料,将患者随机分为两组,Ⅰ组40例,对术后皮下积液采用常规留置针穿刺抽液方法;Ⅱ组44例,采用注射器抽去皮下积液后注入金葡素,记录两组患者住院总天数、术后住院天数及切口愈合情况并进行比较分析。结果Ⅱ组患者住院总天数、术后住院天数明显短于Ⅰ组,且切口愈合程度优于Ⅰ组。结论采用皮下注射金葡素的方法在治疗乳腺癌改良根治术后皮下积液有一定的优越性,值得临床推广。

Abstract:Objective Retrospect and observe the effect of Staphylococcin on subcutaneous fluid after modified radicalmastectomy. Methods The clinical data.of 84 modified radicalmastectomy patients suffered from subcutaneous fluid after operation from January 2012 to December 2015 were retro spectively analyzed, All of the patients were divided into two groups randomgly. Forty cases in groupⅠ were treated with the subcutaneous fluid retained needle puncture method, while 44 cases in groupⅡ were injected with Staphylococcin after draining the subcutaneous fluid using syring. The average hospitalized day and the wound of the two groups were recorded. Results The hospitalized day of the groupⅡ was less than that in groupⅠ, while the wounds of groupⅡ were superior to that of the groupⅠ. Conclusions Injecting Staphylococcin has marked advantage in treating subcutaneous fluid after modified radicalmastectomy,and is worthy of clinical popularization.
