| 摘 要： | 结合现场试验、施工实践，分析了奥氏体不锈钢（牌号为304）管件（如三通、弯头等连接件）的性能、焊接缺陷与产生原因，提出了防止与消除管件-管子焊接中易产生的能引发晶间腐蚀等缺陷、优化施工质量的工艺措施等.

| Abstract: | According to the need of on-the-spot construction practice in recent years,this article analyses the characteristics and causes of welding defects of austenitic-stainless steel(model 304) pipe parts(e.g tee joint,joint elbow etc).Meanwhile,it mentions the method to prevent the defects which easily occurred in weldments of pipe-pipe parts,such as those facilrtated intergrainular corrosion,and it offers also some technical measures for promoting welding quality.Also many items which should be paid close attention,are put forward to raise one-time welding qualification percentage. |
