乡村医生开展外出农民工艾滋病干预可行性分析

目的探索依托流出地乡村医生开展外出农民工艾滋病干预模式,为国家制定和落实农民工艾滋病防治相关政策提供依据。方法通过配额连续抽样方法抽取仪陇县柴井乡117名外出农民工,由当地17名乡村医生通过电话、短信、信件等方法开展为期3个月的艾滋病宣传干预,比较干预前后农民工艾滋病相关知识、态度及行为状况,访谈乡村医生对开展该项工作的看法,对该项工作的可行性进行评估。结果外出农民工AIDS相关知识知晓率从干预前的48.7%提高到干预后95.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);非婚性行为从干预前41.0%下降到到干预后的23.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);开展干预工作的乡村医生及外出农民工均认同通过电话、短信、信件对外出的农民工开展艾滋病宣传干预的工作模式。结论以流出地乡村医生通过电话、短信等方式开展艾滋病知识宣传及行为干预模式可行有效,能够被干预双方接受。

On Feasibility of AIDS Intervention Among Migrant Workers Through Village Doctors From the Origins

Objective To explore the AIDS intervention mode for migrant workers through village doctors from the origins,and provide evidence for the development and implementation of the related policies about migrant workers AIDS prevention and treatment.Methods Totally 117 migrant workers in Chaijin village of YiLong County were selected by quota sampling,and were conducted 3 months’ AIDS intervention by 17 local village doctors through telephone,note,letter,etc.The AIDS related knowledge,attitude and behaviors of the migrant workers before and after intervention were compared,village doctors’ opinions for the work was collected by interview,and evaluate the feasibility of this programme.Results The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge increased from 48.7% to 95.1%(P<0.01).The proportion of migrant worker’s sexual behavior with non-spouse decreased from 41.0% to 23.2%(P<0.01).All of the village doctors and migrant workers participated agree the mode of AIDS intervention for migrant workers by telephone,note and letter.Conclusion The mode of propaganda and behavior intervention of AIDS for migrant workers by telephone and note through village doctors from the origins is feasible and effective,can be accepted by both sides of intervention.
