| 摘 要： | 功能性便秘是一种常见的功能性消化病,临床调查显示其发病率为9%~15%,严重影响人们生活质量1]。功能性便秘可于不同年龄发病,老年人由于体弱、蠕动减弱及结肠无力,其发病率更高2-3]。功能性便秘缺乏有效的治疗方法4]。因此,本研究旨在探讨粪菌移植联合乳果糖口服液治疗老年功能性便秘患者临床疗效及对胃肠激素水平影响。
