斜置半椭圆表面裂纹应力强度因子分析

摘    要:通过大型有限元软件ANSYS,采用实体建模法建立了半椭圆表面裂纹的有限元模型,并分析了具有偏心距的斜置半椭圆状表面裂纹应力强度因子的变化曲线,以及偏心距e、斜置角度α、椭圆角θ对应力强度因子的影响,丰富了半椭圆表面裂纹的研究内容,可为工程实际应用提供参考。

Abstract:This paper uses the solid modeling method to create semi-elliptical surface crack with the large scale engineering software ANSYS and analyze the variable of the stress intensity factor for inclined semi-elliptical surface crack with eccentricity,then analyses the influence about the eccentricity e,inclined angle α,and elliptical angle θ on the stress intensity factor.This will enrich the content about the semi-elliptical surface crack,and provide reference for the engineering practical application.
