| Abstract: | The systems of owner's responsibility,construction supervision,bidding and tendering,and contract management were implemented in the construction of Jin'anqiao Hydropower Station.The owner plays a leading role in project construction.The scientific and standardized management systems were developed and continuously improved.Clear quality objectives and the implementation of the rules and regulations on construction provide a special guarantee to the smooth construction of the project. |
