海洋钻井平台自动化猫道机设计

摘    要:传统的海洋石油钻机通常采用小绞车、绳索实现钻杆上、下钻台,存在工作安全性差、工作效率低等问题。设计了一种自动化猫道机,采用全液压驱动,所有操作均可通过遥控来实现,并且可以一次传送多根钻杆,提高了工作安全性,降低了作业成本。

Abstract:Pipes are uploaded or returned by using winches and cables on traditional offshore drilling platforms.This method has many unfavorable factors like lower-reliability,lower-efficiency and so on.A kind of automatic catwalk-machine was designed.With the hydraulic pressure as power,the catwalk-machine handled several drilling pipes once,and all functions could be realized with remote controlling on the drill floor,thus enhancing safety,reducing drilling operation cost.
