基于XDPS的汽轮机转子应力监测及寿命管理系统

摘    要:提出了一种新的200MW/300MW汽轮机应力监测及寿命管理系统,该系统采用XDPS(新华分散型控制系统)作为开发平台。因此不但系统简单,成本低,而且有较高的可靠性。同时,其应力监测和寿命计算的数学模型是通过机组试验的实测数据进行有限元计算得到的,具有较强的针对性和准确性。对该系统应用XDPS进行组态时所存在的问题及其解决方法作了阐述。

Abstract:A new stress monitoring and life-span management system of 300MW steam turbine is brought forward in the article,which is based on XDPS(Xinhua Distributed Processing System).The system not only has merits of simpleness and lower cost,but also has higher reliability.Meanwhile,the system's mathematic model is gained by finite element analysis on the actual operating data of the unit,thus the system has better pertinence and veracity.The paper also introduces the problems and their resolutions in the system's configuration process.
