| Abstract: | This article introduces the Implementation and Capacity Development Committee,a subsidiary of IPPC as the major governing body relating to the implementation and capacity development issues,including its history and origin,terms of reference and the rules of procedures.What’s more,it introduces the major working areas and progress on the implementation and capacity issues of IPPC.The author forwards the thoughts and suggestions on how to take advantages of some implementation and capacities development activities in China and how to make more contributions to the IPPC community. |
