| 摘 要： | 大庆乙烯装置为了实现节能降耗,保障装置大负荷生产,将原有的急冷水空气冷却器更换为表面蒸发式冷却器。文中分析了空气冷却器对系统的影响,提出改进措施,意在通过探索,实现装置效益最大化。

| Abstract: | In order to lower energy consumption and to ensure a bigger production load of the ethylene unit in Daqing,the surface evaporative air cooler is used instead of the original quench water air cooler.In this paper,the impact of air cooler on the whole system is analyzed,and according to the impact some improvement measure is presented,the significance of which is to maximize the benefits of the whole unit. |
