| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨硬腭粘骨膜瓣修复颊粘膜癌术后软组织缺损及临床疗效。方法：回顾分析带蒂硬腭粘骨膜瓣一期修复颊粘膜癌术后软组织缺损24例及其优缺点。结果：随访3～6个月，全组转移瓣均完全成活，供区创面I期愈合，功能与外观均满意。结论：该瓣用于颊粘膜癌术后缺损的修复，为效果可靠的手术方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical effects of repairing after-operation defects of buccal mucosa cancer with hard-palate flaps.Methods:24 cases of buccal mucosa defects under went prosthesis immediately after the trauma of soft tissues with hard-palate flaps with vascular pedicles,and we investigated their long-term effects.Results:All the 24 flaps survived,and the dodnor sites healed well in the first period.Conclusion:The flap is useful in the reconstructive surgery repairing the trauma of soft tissues of buccal mucosa cancer. |
