FCA-iRNA对寒冷应激小鼠细胞免疫及胸腺cAMP的影响

摘    要:本文观察了FCA-iRNA对寒冷应激小鼠细胞免疫的影响,FCA-iRNA组与对照组比较发现其可使小鼠胸腺重量增加,末梢血淋巴细胞增高,尤其是淋巴细胞酸性非特异酯酶阳性率明显增高。提示FCA-iRNA可使寒冷所致细胞免疫功能降低有所改善。同时发现FCA-iRNA使胸腺cAMP含量有所降低,考虑其与淋巴细胞分裂增殖、细胞免疫功能改善有关。

Abstract:In this paper, we observed the effect of Freund complete adjuvant immunogenic RNA(FCA-iRNA) on cell-immunity in cold-exposed mice. The results showed that there was significant increase in the weight of thymus, the percentage of lymphocyte in peripheral blood and especially the positive percentage of lymphocyte with nonspecific acid esterase in FCA-iRNA group compared with the control. The results indicated that FCA-iRNA could improve the weakened cell-immunity caused by cold-expose. The result also showed that FCA- iRNA could decrease thymic cAMP content. This might have some relation to the multiplicative division of lymphocyte and the improving of cell-immunity
