摘    要:研究分析在用压缩试验确定金属高温塑性流动方程时影响流动应力,应变值精度的主要因素即试样表面摩擦与变形温升,并提出了相应的的修正方法。

Abstract:Constitutive equation provides the basic information to describe the deformation of metals and is an unnecessary mathematical model used in finite element simulation. It shows the dependence of flow stress on strain, strain rate and temperature. To determine constitutive equation,it is necessary to measure the values of flow stress over a range of temperatures and strain rates. This is usually done by compression tests. In this article,several major factors which have effects on accuracy of flow stress are analyzed, and then methods of correction are proposed.
