| 摘 要： | 本文报告了120例脑囊虫病的CT征象。脑囊虫的CT表现和囊虫所在部位有关。脑实质内、脑室内和蛛网膜下腔内不同的CT征象可分为15种:小囊、大囊、厚壁小环、结节、钙化点、皮层下白质水肿、部分性脑室扩张等。对每种征象的特点、CT征象与病理改变的关系进行了简要讨论。

| Abstract: | The features of CT in cerebral cysticercosis of 120 cases were reported. The manifestation of CT is related to the location of cysticercosis. In parenchymatous cerebra, ventricles of the brain and subarachnoid cavity, different features of CT were described. 15 types were distinguished: small cyst, large cyst, small cycle accompanied with thick wall, tubercle, calcific spot, edema of subcortical white matter, partly dilated ventricle etc. The characteristics of each type and the correlation between the features and pathological findings were briefly discussed. |
