| 摘 要： | 目的:了解武汉市江汉区婴幼儿体格发育状况及影响因素。方法:整群随机抽取武汉市江汉区2个社区婴幼儿为调查对象,测量体重和身高,并对其抚养人进行问卷调查。结果:共调查720例婴幼儿,其中男373例(51.81%),女347例(48.19%);4个月内母乳喂养率为72.50%,4～6个月食物转换率为84.17%;1～3月龄,4～6月龄,12～15月龄和21～30月龄组婴幼儿年龄别身长低于2005年中国九市儿调标准,24月以下婴幼儿年龄别体重高于中国九市儿调标准。多因素分析结果显示,月龄、性别、出生身长、出生体重、家长文化程度、家庭经济水平、主要看护人和营养补充剂添加情况与婴幼儿生长发育相关;4个月内母乳喂养婴儿较非母乳喂养婴儿体重轻。结论:武汉市江汉区婴幼儿体重发育水平较好而身长发育相对不足。体格发育受出生情况、喂养状况和家庭经济文化水平影响,需采取综合干预措施促进婴幼儿体格协调发育。 |
