| 摘 要： | 目的:了解孤独症患儿异常行为发现与诊疗时间,为早期干预和改善预后提供科学依据。方法:抽取就诊于武汉市和长沙市两所孤独症康复中心的3岁以下孤独症患儿对其家长进行问卷调查。结果:在调查的71例孤独症患儿中,男57例,女14例,异常行为发现的平均年龄为(17.92±5.68)个月,有80.28%的患儿在2岁前发现异常;首次就诊平均年龄(22.78±6.44)个月,康复治疗平均年龄(25.18±6.74)个月。发现异常行为与首次就诊间隔时间为0～17个月,有57.75%间隔超过3个月,29.58%超过半年;发现异常与康复治疗间隔时间为0～19个月,有77.47%间隔超过3个月,43.67%超过半年;首次就诊与康复治疗间隔时间为0～12个月,有22.54%的超过3个月。结论:孤独症异常情况可在儿童早期发现,但多数患儿就诊和康复治疗不及时,应采取综合性的措施促进早期诊断及康复治疗,改善预后。 |
