生活饮用水中氯苯类化合物测定的顶空-毛细管柱气相色谱法

摘    要:目的建立生活饮用水中氯苯类化合物含量测定的顶空-毛细管柱气相色谱法。方法采用Agilent顶空气相色谱、中等极性毛细柱(DB 225,30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)、程序升温的方式。结果 11种氯苯类化合物分离良好,检测限在0.005~1.300 g/L之间,方法线性为0.996~0.999之间,相对标准偏差2%~13%,回收率在70%~130%之间。结论该方法简单、灵敏、准确。

Abstract:Objective]To establish the determination method of chlorobenzenes in drinking water by headspace gas chromatography. Methods]Agilent headspace gas chromatography,medium polarity capillary column(DB225,30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm) and temperature programming were adopted. Results]Eleven chlorobenzenes were separated well.The method detection limits were 0.005~1.3 μg/L.The linear range was 0.996~0.999.The relative standard deviation was 2%~13%,recovery ranged 70%~130%. Conclusion]This method is simple,sensitive and accurate.
