| 摘 要： | 目的]调查心血管内科初次住院病人在入院时、住院期间以及出院时对各类护理行为关怀性的评价。方法]运用关怀行为评价量表,对初次住院的116例心内科病人进行调查。结果]初次住院的心内科病人在住院的不同阶段对于护理行为关怀性评价存在差异(P<0.05),且这种评价受个人因素的影响。结论]初次住院的心内科病人在住院的不同阶段对于护理行为有不同的需求,护理时应针对性地为病人提供个性化的关怀照顾。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the assessment of patients the first time admitted in cardiovascular department on various nursing behavior caring at admission, during hospitalization and at discharge. Method: A total of 116 patients admitted for the first time in cardiovascular department were selected and investigated by filling out caring behavior assessment scale. Result: There is a significant difference in nursing behavior caring assessment of inpatients for the first time admitted to cardiovascular department at different stages of hospitalization (P<0.05).This kid of assessment was influenced by personal factors.Conclusion: Patients of the first time admitted to cardiovascular department have different demands for nursing behavior at different stages of their hospitalization. Nurses should provide individualized caring directionally. |
