PBL教学模式在中西医结合妇科临床教学中的应用

摘    要:目的 观察PBL教学模式在中西医结合妇科临床教学中的效果.方法 2012年3月至2013年3月在广东省中医院二沙分院妇科实习的五年制及七年制学生按进入妇科实习的先后顺序,随机分为对照组和试验组,在每月实习结束后,对两组学生进行临床技能考核及书面病例分析考试,同时进行问卷调查.结果 试验组临床技能考核和病例分析考试得分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).问卷调查结果表明,PBL教学能提高学生学习积极性、拓展其思维分析能力以及知识运用能力培养,但对于目前PBL教学教案的设计及教师在课堂中的引导能力方面仍有待改进,同时PBL教学在中医教学中开展模式仍有待探索.结论 PBL教学模式对妇科临床教学有一定优势,但中西医结合模式仍有待继续探索改进.

Abstract:Objective To observe effects of PBL teaching pattern on gynaecology clinical education. Methods Randomized divide students from gynaecology of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of TCM from March 2012 to March 2013 into treatment group and control group,compare scores of two groups and analyze questionnaries of treatment group. Results Treatment group achieved better scores(P〈0.05), PBL teaching pattern stimulated learning interest,improved the analysis of thinking and so on.But how to design lesson plans and the teaching skills need to improve.In traditional chinese medicine PBL not had so good effect as Western medicine. Conclusion PBL teaching pattern may have advantages in gynaecology clinical education.But how to combine traditional Chinese and western medicine in PBL still need to explore
