乌鲁木齐市养老院老年人高血压患病情况分析

目的:了解乌鲁木齐市养老院老年人高血压的患病及治疗情况,为开展慢性病管理和养老院综合干预提供依据。方法:将121例患者血压记录资料,按性别、年龄、高血压分期及并发症和降压药物应用等情况进行分析。结果:本组调查对象220例中发现高血压121例,占55.0%;男性确诊高血压72例,患病率为59.5%,女性高血压患者49例,患病率为40.5%;两者间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高血压检出率最高年龄组为70⁷9岁组,患病率为69.92%,本组各年龄段高血压的检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。高血压分期以Ⅲ期最多,占45.5%。121例高血压患者中服降压药治疗者103例,占85.1%。高血压降压药物的应用,以钙离子拮抗剂使用率最高,达79.21%,用药方式以二联用药最多。结论:高血压在养老院老年人群中的发病比例较高,我们使用抗高血压药物基本合理,在老年人高血压防治中也取得一定成效,目前向精细化管理发展,还有待进一步完善。

Analysis of hypertension prevalence among old people in nursing home of Urumqi

Objective：To provide a basis for carrying out management of chronic disease and comprehensive intervention, through understanding hypertension prevalence among old people in nursing home of Urumqi. Methods：The sex, age, hypertension stage and complications, and antihypertensive drugs applications in the blood pressure records of 121 patients were analyzed. Results：121 hypertension patients （55% ） were found in the 220 cases （research object）, wherein 72 cases were male with a prevalence of 59. 5% and 49 cases were female with the prevalence of 40. 5% , and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. 70-79 year-old group had the highest detection rate with the prevalence of 69. 92% ; however, there were no statistical differences among each age group （P〉0. 05）. Hypertension stage III was the most, occupying for 45% . 103 patients in the 121 hypertension patients took antihy-pertensive drugs （85. 1% ）. The use rate of calcium antagonists was the highest （79. 2% ）, and duplex medication way was the most. Conclusions： The hypertensive prevalence in the old age group in the nursing home is more higher. The usage of antihypertensive drugs is proper and succeeded in hypertensive prevention and treatment. Nowadays, it is following the development of management and will have a further improvement.
