复杂铜铅锌银多金属硫化矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:对某复杂铜铅锌银多金属硫化矿进行了选矿试验研究。依据矿物特性, 采用铜铅部分混合浮选、混合精矿铜铅分离、混合浮选尾矿再选锌的工艺流程, 可获得铜精矿铜品位23.37%、铜回收率63.99%, 铅精矿铅品位71.68%、铅回收率90.34%, 铅精矿含银1 189 g/t、银回收率78.04%, 锌精矿锌品位52.38%、锌回收率75.98%。试验所获技术指标理想, 为该矿石的开发利用提供了有效途径。

Abstract:Mineral processing experiments a complicated Cu-Pb-Zn-Ag sulfide ore have been conducted.According to the mineralogy of the ore,a flowsheet consisting of a Cu-Pb bulk flotation,a Cu/Pb separation of bulk concentrate,and a Zn separation from tailings of Cu/Pb bulk flotation,was introduced.As a result,a copper concentrate with Cu grade and recovery of 23.37% and 63.99%,respectively,a lead concentrate with Pb grade and recovery of 71.68% and 90.34%,respectively,and a zinc concentrate with Zn grade and recovery...
