碱性加压浸出三次氨浸渣中钼的实验研究

摘    要:采用加压碱浸的方法浸出钼焙砂三次氨浸渣中的钼, 研究了浸出剂、温度、时间、催化剂等对钼浸出率的影响, 得出钼浸出最优条件为:Na2CO3加入量为30%, 液固比为3, 催化剂A加入量为6%, 温度为180 ℃, 浸出时间为1 h, 此条件下钼浸出率可达98%; 进行了4次连续循环浸出试验, 钼浸出率均在98%以上。

Abstract:Pressure alkaline leaching was introduced to extract molybdenum from ammonia leaching residues after molybdenum was treated by ammonia leaching process for three times. The effects of leaching agent, temperature, time and catalyst on the leaching rate of molybdenum were investigated. The best leaching conditions of molybdenum were as follows: the addition amount of  Na2CO3 was 30%, liquid-solid ratio was 3, the addition amount of catalyst A was 6%, the temperature was  180 ℃ and leaching time was 1 h. Under these conditions the leaching rate of molybdenum reached 98%, and the leaching rate of molybdenum from four cycling leaching experiments were all above 98%.
