建设知识产权保护中心的必要性研究

在知识产权国际格局的大分化、大调整阶段,世界多极化趋势更加明显,发达国家纷纷利用知识产权制度抢占经济、科技制高点,不断提高知识产权保护水平。我国创新创业的空间集聚、对知识产权保护的旺盛需求也催生着知识产权保护向更加严格的趋势发展。我国应该立足于知识产权国情,积极推动知识产权本土化与国际化结合,在健全中国特色知识产权制度的过程中,充分考虑我国创新主体和市场主体的需求,建设知识产权保护中心,发挥知识产权对经济社会发展的支撑作用。

In the international pattern of intellectual property rights of large differentiation, large adjustment phase, the global multi-polarization trend is more obvious, developed countries have used the intellectual property system to seize the commanding heights of the economy and technology, continue to push the high level of intellectual property protection. China''s innovation and entrepreneurship of the space gathering, the strong demand for intellectual property protection also led to the protection of intellectual property rights to a more stringent trend of development. Our country should be based on the situation to promote the internationalization to combined with localization, fully consider China''s innovator and market demand, so as to play a supporting role for the economic and social development by the construction of intellectual property protection center.
