摘    要:采用共沉淀法制备镁铝水滑石,探讨化学沉淀法和物理球磨法两种复合方式对水滑石@凹凸棒石复合材料物相、微观结构和吸附性能的影响,利用X射线衍射(XRD)仪、扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)仪对反应产物进行表征。结果表明,物理球磨法制备的复合材料对盐酸四环素吸附效果较好。当凹凸棒石用量为水滑石质量70%时,凹凸棒石与水滑石发生相互作用,形成类似包合物结构,提高了吸附能力。pH值为6,吸附时间为12 h,复合材料用量为0.45 mg/mL,对初始质量浓度为50 mg/L的盐酸四环素溶液吸附效果较好,吸附量为109.52 mg/g,吸附率为99.64%。

Abstract:Magnesium-aluminum hydrotalcite was prepared by co-precipitation method,and the influence of two composite methods such as precipitation,chemical precipitation method and physical ball-milling on the phase,microstructure and adsorption property of the hydrotalcite@attapulgite composite was discussed,and the reaction products were characterized by XRD,SEM and FTIR.The results showed that the composite prepared by physical ball-milling had a good adsorption effect on tetracycline hydrochloride.when the content of attapulgite was 70%,the attapulgite interacted with the hydrotalcite to form a similar inclusion complex structure,which improved the adsorption capacity.When the pH value was 6,the initial concentration of the solution was 50 mg/L,adsorption time was 12 h,the composite material dosage was 0.45 mg/mL,the adsorption rate of the composite to tetracycline hydrochloride was the highest,reaching 99.64%,the adsorption capacity reached 109.52 mg/g.
