高频彩色多普勒超声对血性乳头溢液的病因诊断

摘    要:目的:探讨高频彩色多普勒超声对血性乳头溢液的病因诊断价值。方法:应用彩色多普勒超声对136例血性乳头溢液患者术前进行检查,并将超声诊断与手术及病理诊断结果对比。结果:本组136例中,导管内乳头状瘤80例(58.82%),乳腺癌34例(25%),导管扩张15例(11.03%),乳腺囊性增生5例(3.68%),炎症2例(1.47%)。经与手术及病理诊断结果对比,超声诊断符合率达85.29%(116/136)。结论:高频彩色多普勒超声对血性乳头溢液患者病变的定位及定性具有较高的诊断价值,为临床制定合理的治疗措施提供重要的参考依据。

Abstract:Objective:To study the value of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasonography in the etiological diagnosis of bloody nipple discharge.Methods:The 136 cases with bloody nipple discharge were examined preoperatively with high-frequency ultrasound. The ultrasound findings were compared with those of surgery and pathology. Results:In the 136 causes,80 cases of bloody nipple discharge were intradustal papilloma(58.82%),34 cases were breast carcinoma (25%),15 cases were mammary duct ectasia(11.03%), 5 cases were cystic hyperplasia of breast(3.68%),and 2 cases were mastitis(1.47%).The accuracy of ultrasonic diagnosis for bloody nipple discharge was 85.29%(116/136).Conclusion:High-frequency color Doppler ultrasound played an important role in the differential diagnosis of bloody nipple discharge diseases.It can provide the major informations for surgeons to selecte a proper treatment.
