无痛人工流产患者围术期观察与护理

目的探讨无痛人流手术围手术期患者的护理。方法选择2012年10月至2013年7月于我院接受无病人工流产手术的125例患者作为观察对象，随机分为对照组（62例）和观察组（63例），对照组予常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上加强术前护理、术后护理和术中参与配合，比较两组患者术中麻醉效果及术后不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者麻醉效果显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）；对照组术后有6例出现不良反应，观察组无不良反应发生，两组不良反应发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对于门诊人工流产的患者，术前心理护理、术中的配合、术后的健康宣教等措施，对于减轻患者不良反应、保障手术的顺利进行，有良好的作用。

Observation and Nursing of Patients with Painless Artificial Abortion During Perioperative Period

Objective To explore the nursing of patients with painless artificial abortion during perioperative period. Methods A total of 125 patients with painless artificial abortion in our hospital from October 2012 to July 2013 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the control group （n = 62） and observation group （n = 63）. The control group received the routine nursing, while the observation group received the enhanced preoperative care and postoperative care on the basis of routine nursing. The postoperative analgesia effect and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The anesthesia effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group （P 〈0.05）. The control group had 6 cases of adverse reactions, and the observation group had no case of adverse reactions （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions For outpatients with artificial abortion, the measures including preoperative psychological nursing, cooperation in the surgery and postoperative health education have significant effect on reducing postoperative complications, and safeguarding the smooth operation.
