三灰稳定砂砾力学性能研究

摘    要:以石灰、粉煤灰、普通硅酸盐水泥和石灰、粉煤灰、硫铝酸盐水泥稳定砂砾为研究对象,通过无侧限抗压强度试验及劈裂拉伸强度试验研究稳定砂砾力学性能。结果表明:在相同的无机结合材料掺量下,养护早期石灰、粉煤灰、硫铝酸盐水泥稳定砂砾的无侧限抗压强度和劈裂拉伸强度均较大,随着养护龄期的增长,两类稳定砂砾的强度趋于接近;相同养护龄期稳定砂砾的强度随无机结合材料掺量的增加而增大;当无机结合材料掺量相同,水泥掺量越多,稳定砂砾强度越高。

Study on Mechanical Property of Lime-fly Ash-cement Stabilized Sandy Gravel
Abstract:Taking lime fly ash ordinary Portland cement and lime fly ash sulphate aluminium cement stabilized sandy gravel as the research objects, the mechanical properties of stabilized sandy gravel were studied by unconfined compressive strength test and splitting tensile strength test. The results showed that unconfined compressive strength and splitting tensile strength are all significant for sandy gravel samples stabilized by lime fly ash sulphate aluminium cement in the early stage of curing in the same amount of inorganic binding materials. As the curing age increases, the strength of the two types of stabilized sandy gravel tends to approach. At the same curing time, the strength of stabilized sandy gravel increases with the increase of the amount of inorganic binding materials. When the amount of inorganic binding materials is equal, the strength of stabilized sandy gravel improves with the increase of cement content.
