| 摘 要： | 本文应用CO_2重复呼吸法非创伤性地测定混合静脉血CO_2分压(PVCO_2),结合Hb、动脉血气、每分钟静息通气量、呼出气分析,电脑程序处理,对100余名健康人与肺心病患者进行同步心肺功能测验。对照多项指标,结果示肺心组P_VCO_2、VD/V_T、P(A-a)O_2、QS/Q_T、PAP、S_VO_2与P_VO_2均较健康老年组有极显著差异;PaCO_2/P_VCO_2有显著差异;而Q_T与CI无显著差异。

| Abstract: | In this study, mixed venous carbon dioxide tention (PCO_2) was obtained from noninvasive CO_2 rebreathing method, combined with homoglobin, gas analysis of arterial blood, minute ventilation, expired gas anlysis and pocket calculator program. The synchronized cardiopulmonary function in 100 healthy subjects and 32 patients with cor pulmonal was investigated. The data results indicated that PCO_2, V-D/V_T,P(A-a)O_2,Q_S/Q_T, PAP, SO_2 and PO_2 of patients with cor pulmonal compared with that of old age control group showed markedly significant difference (P<0.0l), that PaCo_2/PCO_2 was significant difference (P<0.05) and there was no significant difference (P>0.05) of both Q_Tand CI. |
