| 摘 要： | 当前常用的计算城区河道设计洪峰流量的公式主要有水利部门的推理公式和市政部门的雨水流量计算公式,但城区的产汇流条件和设计标准与上述两公式的假设条件均不相适应。通过分析现代城区的产汇流特征,提出了城区排洪河道设计洪峰流量计算方法的推导方式。在一定假设条件下,将城区排洪河道洪峰流量由管渠流量和坡面汇流量组成,按实际规律对上述两公式进行调整。最后并通过彭州市城区内某排洪河道实例计算,验证了推导公式的合理性。
