| 摘 要： | 为探究适用技术与西部民族地区发展之间的关系,在分析适用技术概念、功能和西部民族地区经济社会发展特点的基础上,构建了适用技术与西部民族地区发展的互动模型,并以广西恭城瑶族自治县20多年的生态农业发展为例进行了实证。其结论显示:大力发展适用技术是西部民族地区实现科学发展的关键和突破口,这为西部民族地区改变以往过分依赖资源开发,粗放型增长模式,转向依赖科学技术,实行集约型增长政策,提供了一个经验支持。 |
