发电厂侧自动电压控制策略的探讨

摘    要:发电厂侧自动电压控制(automatic voltage control,AVC)子站进行机组的优先协调是控制策略的关键。为此,详细分析和比较了用于AVC子站控制策略的折算分配法和宽裕度优先调节法,提出应根据当地区域无功优化的响应速度及调节精度的要求来选取这两种电压调节方法。最后阐述和分析AVC子站控制策略实现过程中需要注意的安全约束条件问题。

Abstract:Preferential coordination of units by power plant automatic voltage control (AVC) substation is the crux of control strategy. Therefore, the conversion distribution method and the wide-margin preferential regulation method used in the control strategy of AVC substation are analyzed and compared in detail. It is suggested that the two voltage regulating methods should be chose according to the requirements on the response rate and regulation precision of local reactive power optimization. The security constraints to be noted in the realization of AVC substation control strategy are also expounded and analyzed.
