钢铁件常温黑化工艺的研究

摘    要:研究改进了现行的钢铁件常温黑化工艺,通过极化曲线测试,耐蚀性测试,寿命测试得到了性能良好的常温亚硒酸体系黑化液,结果表明:适当的向黑化液中引入添加剂A,稳定性N,表面活性剂聚乙二醇(6000)可以提高;黑化液的稳定性以及黑化层的耐蚀性与黑化液的寿命。

Abstract:The current type of room temperature blackening solution for iron and steel was improved on. A selenious acid type solution of better performance was obtained by the test of polarization curve, the test of corrosion resistance and the test of duration life. The results show that introduction of addtive agent A, the stabilization agent N, the surface active agent polyethylene glycol can improve the stability and duration of life of the solution, enhance the corrosion resistance of the blackening layer.
